、 Stretching must be carried out on the stretching frame after the aluminum alloy profile of the wall panel has cooled to below 50 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is too high, stretching will not only damage the human body and the hair strands, but also cause absolute waste such as twisting, twisting, and poor functionality before and after aging due to the inability to completely solve the internal stress of the aluminum alloy profile.
、 The stretching amount is controlled at 1%, and it should be noted that too high stretching amount will result in head, middle and tail scale deviation, water ripple Fried Dough Twists marks on the surface, low elongation, high hardness and brittleness. Too low a stretching amount will result in lower compressive strength and hardness of the profile, making it difficult to increase hardness even after aging, and aluminum profiles are also prone to curved and tortuous shapes.
、 To control the stretching deformation and effectively manipulate the scale changes of the entire profile, suitable specialized clamps and appropriate methods should be selected. Especially for open materials, circular arc materials, cantilever materials, and curved profiles, attention should be paid to the reasonable and effective use of stretching clamps.
、 Pay attention to the stress conditions of small feet, thin teeth, long legs, curved surfaces, inclined surfaces, openings, viewpoints, etc. of profiles with high aspect ratios, long overhangs, large curvatures, uneven wall thickness, and strange shapes, to avoid deformation, twisting, and spiraling of profile parts or point scales.
、 Due to the heat blocking effect of wool strips, aluminum profiles for wall panels with high decorative appearance requirements must be flipped up, down, back, and forth more to facilitate uniform heat dissipation and reduce the horizontal bright spots caused by uneven heat dissipation and uneven crystallinity. Especially for wide surfaces and thick wall aluminum profiles, attention should be paid to them.
、 During the process of material retrieval, movement, and stretching, it is not allowed to collide, pull, stack, jam, or entangle with each other. A certain distance should be reserved between each other. Aluminum alloy wall panels that are prone to twists and turns and have long and short discharge should be disposed of in a timely manner, and maintenance and disposal should be carried out between each other if necessary.
