4、 Pay attention to the stress conditions of small feet, thin teeth, long legs, curved surfaces, inclined surfaces, openings, viewpoints, etc. of profiles with high aspect ratios, long overhangs, large curvatures, uneven wall thickness, and strange shapes, to avoid deformation, twisting, and spiraling of profile parts or point scales.

5、 Due to the heat blocking effect of wool strips, aluminum profiles for wall panels with high decorative appearance requirements must be flipped up, down, back, and forth more to facilitate uniform heat dissipation and reduce the horizontal bright spots caused by uneven heat dissipation and uneven crystallinity.
